What began as a humble bakery in Gisborne has grown into a successful network of 14 company-owned cafés, serving communities across Melbourne’s outer suburbs and beyond.
For their most recent café fit-out, the group partnered with the talented team at Buchan Architects for the interior design, with construction by FSCI.
ANM Furniture was proud to be engaged to supply custom furniture solutions that would reflect the brand’s welcoming and contemporary aesthetic.
Our Isabel Chair was selected in two distinct finishes: a natural timber frame with matching timber seat, and a custom variation featuring a Dulux grey frame paired with grey vinyl upholstery—both crafted and finished in-house at our Melbourne facility. These were paired with American Oak table tops, finished in a durable two-pack clear coat, and complemented by our signature round table bases, powder-coated in a custom grey tone.
The final interior strikes a careful balance between warmth and sophistication.
The use of natural textures, soft colour palettes, and ambient lighting creates an inviting, intimate atmosphere—perfectly aligning with The Jolly Miller’s brand ethos of comfort, quality, and community.
