Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under Australian Consumer Law.

How to Make a Claim

  1. Visit our Contact page to submit a claim within 12 months of delivery.
  2. Include a description of the issue and clear photos.
  3. Keep the original packaging where possible.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs only for returns not related to faults or damage. If the fault or damage is confirmed to be our responsibility, ANM Furniture will cover return shipping costs.

We will assess your claim and provide instructions for returning the item. Once approved, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.

Exclusions

  • Misuse, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions.
  • Normal wear and tear or natural material characteristics (e.g., colour changes, wood movement, fabric pilling).
